Club Administration Directorate

 

Awards Committee: Selects individuals or groups for special recognition, including the annual awards presented by the Club (Community Service, Spirit Award, Rotarian of the Year, etc).

Policy Documentation Committee: Documents the policies and procedures of the Club to ensure continuity in Club operations and policy.

Meeting Support Committee: Provides the necessary personnel to conduct the weekly meetings, including sub-committees for Food Service, Invocation, Greeters, Introductions, Music, and Technology.

*Public Relations/Publicity and Spoke Committee: Coordinates public relations efforts both internally (the Spoke) and externally throughout the community.

*Social Activities Committee: Plans the activities on the Fifth Thursday Socials and coordinates the program for the annual President’s Night.

History Committee: a committee that both collects and preserves the history of the Club. The chair of the committee is a Club position known as the Club Historian.

Audit & Internal Controls Committee: Provides an internal financial and operational review of the Club and Foundation operations.

Chaplain Committee: Looks after the welfare of the Club’s members.

 

The Rotary Club of Estes Park divides the committees into two categories: Major committees and Minor Committees. Major Committees are noted in these lists with a preceding asterisk (*) such as the *Social Activities Committee.
